Our story

FormBridge was created for companies that know what they want to achieve in Saudi Arabia but do not want to manage every authority, document and platform separately.

The firm's leadership brings experience gained inside international law firms and multinational businesses, and across company establishment, government relations, HR operations and compliance for foreign investors in Saudi Arabia.

Leadership experience spans 9+ years in corporate services, government relations, workforce operations and foreign-investment administration, including cumulative involvement in 1,000+ incorporation and company-establishment matters and 500+ recruitment and immigration processes across international law firms, multinational businesses and foreign investors. These figures reflect cumulative professional experience prior to and at FormBridge — not concurrent client counts, outcomes or guarantees.

That combined background is what FormBridge is built on. We work under written client authorization to prepare application files, submit them to the competent authorities, respond to regulatory queries, complete post-approval formalities and keep statutory records current — so foreign investors and companies have one clear point of contact across the government-facing work required to establish and operate in Saudi Arabia.

FormBridge is an independent corporate services provider. Government approvals and determinations remain with the competent authorities, and timelines depend on their requirements and completeness of documents.
