How it works

From assessment to completion.

  1. 01
Assess current headcount, contracts, Nitaqat position and platform configuration.
  2. 02
Configure Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad and the medical-insurance provider on the entity.
  3. 03
Draft compliant contracts and administer hiring, transfers, permit and iqama transactions.
  4. 04
Run monthly HR administration: WPS payroll cycle, GOSI, leave, records and reporting.
  5. 05
Report each month on compliance, Nitaqat, open transactions and upcoming renewals.
What we need from you

  • Commercial registration, HRSD establishment file and Qiwa access or delegation.
  • Existing employee list with contracts, salaries, allowances and joining dates.
  • Passport and iqama copies for current employees and CVs for planned hires.
  • Current Saudisation and Nitaqat position, if known.
  • Payroll bank account and preferred payroll cut-off date.

Employer-platform setup usually takes a few weeks. Ongoing HR runs on a fixed monthly cadence; individual visa and permit transactions follow HRSD, MoFA and Jawazat processing times. Government approvals remain with the competent authorities.
