What we need from you.

A signed engagement letter setting scope and exclusions, plus a written authorization or notarised power of attorney limited to the specific filings, where the authority requires representation.
What causes rejections and delays.
- Saudization drop into a lower Nitaqat band restricts visa quota and blocks work-permit renewals.
- WPS submission fails on IBAN mismatch, salary-band deviation or missing GOSI enrolment.
- Profession on the work permit is inconsistent with the Qiwa contract or the CR activity.
- Dependant residency delayed because primary iqama, medical insurance or fees are not current.
What comes after issuance.
- 01Update the HR system of record and payroll master with every hire, transfer or exit.
- 02Refresh the Saudization simulation and remediation plan monthly.
- 03Archive employee documents in a signed personnel file that will pass HRSD inspection.

Employer platform setup usually takes a few weeks. Ongoing HR administration runs on a fixed monthly cadence; specific transactions move to authority processing times.
How we quote.
FormBridge professional fees are fixed against a written scope. Government fees, notarisation, certified translation, legalisation, third-party providers and specialist advisers are billed at cost and quoted separately.
