Why the matter exists.
Act as the entity's single accountable government-relations desk: administer every recurring filing, deficiency response, renewal and cross-authority update from one filing tracker and one authorization matrix.
What you actually receive.
- Written authorization matrix scoping every portal, filing type and named representative.
- Shared filing tracker with authority, matter type, status, response log and next action.
- Consolidated compliance calendar covering every licence, permit and registration expiry.
- Monthly transaction dashboard: completed, in-progress, upcoming, escalated.
- SADAD fee log with authority reference numbers.
Where we file on your behalf.
- MISA / Invest Saudi, Saudi Business Center, Ministry of Commerce.
- HRSD, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad, Ajeer.
- ZATCA, SPL, Chamber of Commerce.
- Balady (municipalities), Civil Defence, sector regulators.
FormBridge is an independent corporate-services firm. It represents clients before these authorities under written authorization but does not issue, grant or guarantee any government approval.
What we need from you.
- Signed authorization / power of attorney scoped to portal transactions.
- Current licences, registrations and portal-account details.
A signed engagement letter setting scope and exclusions, plus a written authorization or notarised power of attorney limited to the specific filings, where the authority requires representation.
What causes rejections and delays.
- Recurring identity-verification failures where signatory data across portals is inconsistent.
- Filings rejected because a linked authority holds outdated commercial or address data.
- SADAD invoices unpaid past deadline, freezing dependent transactions.
- Portal access suspended after a delegated user leaves without a handover.
What comes after issuance.
- 01Reconcile the closed matter into the compliance calendar and archive the authority response.
- 02Notify the client's internal owners of any downstream action required (accounting, HR, legal).
What we do not do on this matter.
- Reserved legal opinions, tax opinions, statutory audit, and any advice regulated to licensed professionals.
- Payments to authorities from FormBridge funds — clients settle SADAD fees directly.
Government approvals and determinations remain with the competent authorities.
How long it takes.
Government Relations operates on an ongoing monthly retainer. Individual filings run to authority processing times, tracked and reported centrally.
How we quote.
FormBridge professional fees are fixed against a written scope. Government fees, notarisation, certified translation, legalisation, third-party providers and specialist advisers are billed at cost and quoted separately.
